Alexander Deluce
Alexander Deluce is the founder, publisher, and sole editorial voice behind Gold Telegraph. Based in Ontario, Canada, he launched the platform nearly a decade ago with a single mission: rip the mask off a system built on illusion and expose the economic truths hiding in plain sight.
What started as dispatches to a few hundred readers has grown into one of the largest mining and sound money communities of active investors in North America - with over 410,000 followers on X alone.
“When I started this journey many years ago, gold was one of the most ridiculed, misunderstood, and hated assets on Earth. I remember writing to just a hundred of you... trying to make sense of the world.”
Alex does not work for a bank. He does not manage a fund. He writes because the truth matters - and because the monetary system the world relies on is quietly unraveling. His work has been endorsed by former World Bank executives, NATO commanders, and the most respected names in gold mining.
“I built the Gold Telegraph out of frustration. Not with gold, but with a world that forgot what it stood for.”

The Thesis
The Experiment of Trust
Eight layers that explain why the post-1971 monetary experiment is unraveling - and why gold is the signal that measures it.
The End of Bretton Woods
August 15, 1971 severed the dollar from gold. The experiment in unbacked fiat began.
The Debt Spiral
Without a gold anchor, sovereign debt grew exponentially. The U.S. national debt crossed $36 trillion.
Central Bank Accumulation
Since 2022, central banks have purchased 1,000+ tonnes of gold per year - the highest pace in recorded history.
De-dollarization
BRICS nations, led by China and Russia, are actively reducing dollar reserves and settling trade in local currencies.
The Trust Deficit
Gold is not rising because of speculation. It is rising because trust in fiat is eroding - quietly, then all at once.
Weaponization of the Dollar
Sanctions, freezing of reserves, and SWIFT exclusions have accelerated the search for neutral settlement assets.
The Signal
Gold is the signal measuring the erosion of trust in the post-1971 monetary order. It always has been.
The Gold Bond Proposal
A 50-year gold-convertible Treasury instrument - proposed for July 4, 2026 - could rewrite the rules of global finance.
“Gold was always the signal. Hard assets were the thesis. Now it is alive. Impossible to miss.”
